The municipal association ITSAM are responsible for the IT operations in six municipalities; Boxholm, Kinda, Vimmerby, Ydre, Åtvidaberg and Ödeshög. DuoSTATION MDM has been used for about three years to handle all mobile devices such as telephones and tablets, both within school, care and nursing.

DuoSTATION MDM saves time and money

ITSAM have used DuoSTATION MDM for about three years. They cover a large area with six municipalities and a total of 6000 units in operation. It becomes clear that the implementation of DuoSTATION MDM has facilitated the work when looking back how it worked out before. “Previously all apps were bought via vouchers which meant much more administration. Now all devices app purchases are handled via the system, it is very easy to manage. Within home care service we’ve developed our own type of app store for a special app that they need.” Henrik Nilsson, System Technician, ITSAM explains.

Short decision-making paths

Henrik appreciate that ProgramDuon as a supplier offer very good service. The fact that they’re relatively small contribute to quick decision-making. “If you ask for something that would improve the system, ProgramDuon can more or less fix it the way you want it. If you’d have Googles version of MDM system it would definitely not have worked in the same way. We have a great contact with ProgramDuon. If something is missing they’ll add it and they help troubleshooting when needed.”
